Courtney Wilson, RN, BSN, CANS
Courtney is a board-certified aesthetic nurse specialist known for natural, confidence-building results and a calm, educational approach to injectables. With a foundation in science and an eye for harmony, she blends advanced medical technique with refined artistry to deliver soft, timeless enhancements — never overdone.
Courtney brings 14+ years of nursing experience, with a strong clinical foundation in plastic surgery and cardiac surgery, giving her an advanced understanding of anatomy — especially facial anatomy — and the precision required for safe, beautiful aesthetic outcomes
Her philosophy is rooted in trust, patient safety, and meaningful provider-patient relationships. From preventative treatments to comprehensive facial balancing, Courtney prioritizes long-term skin health, personalized care, and a luxury treatment experience where patients feel seen, supported, and beautifully refreshed.

Dr. Jonathan Sykes, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Sykes is a globally recognized Facial Plastic Surgeon, Professor Emeritus, and former Director of Facial Plastic Surgery at UC Davis. With 20,000+ surgical procedures and 1,000+ international lectures, he is considered one of the leading authorities in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and aesthetic injectables.
He has authored 6 textbooks and 225+ scientific publications, served as President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and trained 75+ residents and 28 fellows in facial plastic surgery — shaping the next generation of aesthetic experts.
Beyond his unmatched surgical skill, Dr. Sykes has a heart for service, having completed 25+ humanitarian surgical missions around the world, changing the lives of children with cleft differences and facial deformities

Jenn began her nursing career more than 15 years ago in dermatology, where she developed a passion for skin health and aesthetic medicine. Over the years, she has gained experience in plastic surgery, adult medicine, and women’s health, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient care and aesthetic treatments. She believes in enhancing natural beauty while helping patients feel confident and refreshed.
Jenn lives in Carlsbad with her husband, their children, and their dog. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and embracing the coastal lifestyle of Southern California.
ERIN GIOVANETTI, MSN, FNP-C

Erin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone replacement therapy, metabolic optimization, and elevated wellness care. With a background in clinical diabetes and metabolism research at UC San Diego and 15 years of advanced practice experience, Erin offers a highly personalized approach to helping clients restore balance, enhance vitality, and age with confidence. Her work is centered on the belief that exceptional care goes beyond symptom management. By addressing the deeper connections between hormones, metabolism, weight, energy, and overall well-being, Erin helps clients achieve lasting results through thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.
Drawing from a diverse clinical background in trauma, emergency medicine, hospital-based care, and metabolic health, Erin combines medical expertise with a warm, attentive approach that empowers clients to feel strong, vibrant, and well cared for at every stage of life.
Outside of the clinic, Erin embraces the Coastal Carlsbad lifestyle, enjoying time with her family, sunshine-filled days outdoors, great food, travel, and moments that inspire wellness and balance.
